Access Wellbeing
Supporting you towards a balanced life
Access Wellbeing offers person-centred support for anyone aged 18 and over, providing early help to prevent concerns from escalating.
We ensure you receive the right support, whether that is for your mental health, or guidance about other things such as finances, work or housing. The West Dorset Access Wellbeing Hubs in Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis and Maiden Newton provide a welcoming space for you to find support on the issues that matter to you.
You don’t need an appointment to visit Access Wellbeing, just drop-in anytime during opening times (below).
What is Access Wellbeing?
The hub teams will help you to access support from across the local system, whether that’s through a charity or community group, the NHS, the local authority, or another provider.
